FreeScan Combo Series brings blue laser metrology scanning and infrared VCSEL capture into a compact 620 g handheld system. Choose FreeScan Combo for 26 laser lines and scan speeds up to 1,860,000 points per second, or FreeScan Combo+ for 50 laser lines and speeds up to 3,600,000 points per second.
Both wired models support 0.02 mm laser accuracy, seven-line fine scanning, single-line capture for deep features, and marker-free infrared scanning on feature-rich parts. Blue laser modes handle dark and reflective industrial surfaces, while the included FreeScan software guides calibration, capture, editing, and data cleanup without an ongoing scanning-software subscription.
